Give guests options…
When blocking hotel rooms for your guests, it's customary to choose at least two different hotels at two different price points to make each guest feel comfortable booking a room at one of the suggested event hotels. Most event guests prefer booking a room at a hotel which the host of the event has pre-selected so they still receive any welcome and additional event information that is provided at the event hotels and choosing more than one hotel to provide different price level rooms allows all guests to feel included, informed and altogether comfortable!
